Coaching Philosophy - When asked why he coaches, Coach O’Neal reflects:
“Looking back on my sports career, I’ve always been appreciative of what football taught me—and how applicable it is to life. I am who I am because of football and the great coaches who positively influenced me. I want to give back to the game that has given me so much.”
His coaching mission is deeply rooted in gratitude and a desire to pass along the life lessons football has afforded him.
